H2O GETTER LIDS
eDryTM Lid consists of a metal lid, coated with a solventless getter layer engineered for high capacity moisture uptake. Lid material, shape, dimensions and finishing are specified by customers.
eDry Lid is designed for semi-hermetic optoelectronic and microelectronic device packaging. The eDry getter coating deposited on the lid works as an irreversible getter for moisture.
The getter layer is deposited and cured by SAES in suitable conditions to maximize sorption performances. The eDry Lids must be handled in nitrogen or dry air atmosphere, until the device module packaging process.
