Non generano vibrazioni, non consumano energia durante il funzionamento e offrono una velocit\u00e0 e una capacit\u00e0 di pompaggio eccezionali per gli isotopi dell\u2019idrogeno e i gas attivi.<\/p>\n<p>Le soluzioni NEG in ZAO sinterizzato fungono da efficienti pompe di processo durante le fasi di bake-out e di pompaggio, rimuovendo rapidamente i gas desorbiti.
