Vantaggi della CapaciTorr HV:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>massima capacit\u00e0 per tutti i gas attivi<\/li>\n<li>possibilit\u00e0 di avviare l&#8217;attivazione a basso vuoto (es. 1e-2 Torr)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per sfruttare questi vantaggi, le pompe CapaciTorr HV devono essere utilizzate costantemente calde a circa 200 \u00b0C.
