Le pompe NEXTorr HV implementano la lega NEG ZAO\u00ae (Zr-V-Ti-Al) nella sua versione per Alto Vuoto, caratterizzata da grande capacit\u00e0 per tutti i gas attivi.<\/p>\n<p>Queste pompe sono specificatamente progettate e progettate per funzionare in regime di alto vuoto (cio\u00e8 1e-7\u20131e-9 Torr) e trovano applicazione in tutte quelle apparecchiature sigillate con elastomeri, suscettibili alla permeazione dell&#8217;aria e non bruciate, dove l&#8217;acqua \u00e8 sensibilmente contribuisce al fondo di gas residuo. Per sfruttare questi vantaggi, l&#8217;elemento NEG delle pompe NEXTorr HV funziona permanentemente a una temperatura calda di circa 200 \u00b0C con un consumo energetico minimo.<\/p>\n<p>Tutte le pompe NEXTorr HV sono dotate di una pompa a ioni diodo nobile ottimizzata per lavorare in migliore sinergia con l&#8217;elemento NEG.
