This strategic acquisition, after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cinel.com\/cinel\/\">Strumenti Scientifici Cinel<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/saesrial.com\/\">SAES RIAL Vacuum<\/a>, aims to consolidate SAES Group&#8217;s international position and leadership in the advanced scientific research market, expanding its portfolio of vacuum systems used in particle accelerators and synchrotrons in Europe and globally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">FMB Berlin, established in 1990, has earned a reputation as a provider of high-quality components and scientific instrumentation for synchrotrons and particle accelerators. Over the past three decades, FMB Berlin has become a key player on the international stage, known for its innovative solutions and commitment to advancing scientific research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Founded by a group of engineers and scientists passionate about providing state of the art solutions to the scientific community, FMB Berlin quickly gained traction in the market. Their expertise in designing and manufacturing precision components has made them a trusted partner for research institutions worldwide as well as for industrial partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>&#8220;We are proud of this operation, which strengthens our competitive position in the ultra-high vacuum sector, through a synergistic expansion of products and technologies for particle accelerators and synchrotrons.
