Sintered Porous Getters are Non-Evaporable Getter (NEG) alloys that are formed into porous structures, maximizing sorption performances at low temperature. Porous structures allow the gases to diffuse through the pores inside the getter mass, thus involving the inner part of the getter body in the sorption process.
