Capture

Irreversibly get, sorb and capture vapor and gaseous elements within a sealed and controlled atmosphere compartments of different devices.

In the case of gas sensitive devices and components, SAES is supporting the capture of gas molecules by an advanced material, the getter material, in different shapes (pills, thick and thin film, coated strip, wires) that can be easily integrated inside the device.

Moreover, the getter material is compatible also with the production processes, contributing to shorter the process time or improving the vacuum conditions.

Once the gas molecules are captured by the getter material, the gas molecules will not be released back to the environment during the normal operation of the devices.
