Role Description

We are looking for a Product Development Engineer to support the use of SMA (shape memory alloys) materials in industrial applications and to develop systems for the improvement and control of SMA material production. Consequently, the role will also involve active participation in the development of internal testing instrumentation and infrastructure, supporting validation and innovation activities for shape memory alloy-based products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer needs analysis for the definition of technical specifications (meetings, calls, and web meetings).
  • Design of test setups for functional verification of the prototype.
  • Design specific internal test equipment for characterizing shape memory alloys and dedicated setups for various standard machines.
  • Prepare development pipelines considering time and cost for the different phases (concept design, sizing and design, prototyping, assembly, testing)
  • Supervision of the team for the prototype development.
  • Customer support, regarding aspects related to shape memory alloys, for the following industrialization phases of the prototype.
  • Research activities aimed at patenting, related to new topics on shape memory alloys.
  • Prepare scientific posters and articles
  • Manage research projects with external organizations on non-conventional technological topics related to shape memory alloys.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Master’s Degree in Mechatronic Engineering is preferred; related disciplines can be considered as well.
  • A study focus on product research and development, or a PhD dedicated to materials development, is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of techniques and methods for product/device development and design.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD software (Solid Edge, SolidWorks)
  • Basic knowledge in the use of common software applications.
  • Experience with modeling software (Matlab, Simulink)
  • Experience with softwares Labview, and Arduino
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of integrated quality management systems and ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016).
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure compliance of raw materials used in cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical applications. The successful candidate will manage regulatory and sustainability documentation, support product development teams, coordinate with external consultants and laboratories, and stay updated on global regulatory changes to ensure product compliance across international markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee that cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical raw materials meet applicable national and international regulatory and sustainability standards.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive regulatory compliance and sustainability documentation in line with customer requests and legal requirements (e.g., SDS, TDS, CoA, PIF).
  • Coordinate consultants and external laboratories to assess regulatory information gaps and support compliance for products under development.
  • Monitor and ensure the update of regulatory and guideline changes relevant to the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical industries.
  • Guide product development teams by providing input on regulatory and sustainability requirements.
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits to confirm regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure commercial communication aligns with regulatory frameworks and marketing claims are substantiated.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all regulatory activities, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure the traceability and integrity of raw material data.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Toxicology, or related disciplines (strong scientific foundation required).
  • Second-level Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Regulatory Affairs preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs roles within raw material manufacturing companies or structured consultancy firms.
  • Proven knowledge of major regulatory frameworks including EU Cosmetic Regulation (1223/2009), REACH, CLP, FDA, EMA, EFSA, MDR, and GMP principles.
  • Understanding of non-EU regulations applicable to cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical products.
  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with regulatory databases/document management tools.

Role Description

We are looking for a Cosmetic R&D Lab Technician with experience in the cosmetics sector to support the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones in the Skin care/Sun care/Make-up segments.
The selected candidate will join the Research & Development team and actively contribute to formulation, testing, and industrial scale-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative formulations for hair care, skin care, sun care, and make-up products
  • Prepare finalized cosmetic formulations and set up necessary demonstrative samples
  • Conduct laboratory tests and evaluate the cosmetic and physico-chemical performance of additives in association with raw materials and cosmetic formulations
  • Prepare samples in accordance with laboratory procedures
  • Conduct stability studies on cosmetic formulations and lab tests through necessary controls and internal protocols
  • Record, prepare, and transmit data related to stability and compatibility studies
  • Manage technical documentation and laboratory reports
  • Update and verify the inventory of cosmetic raw materials
  • Ensure execution of assigned laboratory operations
  • Ensure calibration, cleaning, and proper functioning of laboratory equipment
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Production, and Marketing departments for product industrialization and launch

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma in Chemistry, or Bachelor’s degree in scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Herbal Science, Biotechnology, or related fields); a Master’s in Cosmetology or a degree in Cosmetic Science and Technology is a plus
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in formulation laboratories within the cosmetics sector; experience in the hair care or toiletries sector is considered a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of cosmetic regulations and formulation techniques
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work independently
  • Innovative mindset, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in written and spoken technical English
