Moisture removal in organic electronics: multiple approaches for different applications
Degradation of organic materials occurs according to
very fast kinetics processes under the action of moisture
and oxygen. The adoption of suitable getter materials
can maintain the moisture and oxygen concentration at
an extremely low value, assuring a constant efficiency
for a long time. Here we report the development of a new
class of dispensable dryers compatible with different
OLED configurations. Transparent dryer and solventless
formulations will be discussed in detail.
